Includes: Chef's knife 20 cm Santoku knife 13 cm • The super-sharp knife in high carbon steel 5Cr15MoV is extremely resistant to rust and other impacts. • The handle is made of polyoxymethylene (POM), characterized by a very hard surface. • The handle is attached with three continuous steel rivets. • Avoid putting the knives in the dishwasher. Rockwell hardness 53-57 HRC.
